Stanza. 1: Lines 1-9
I wish to travel the places where golden apples grow and parrot islands stretched under the another sky. I wish to watch cockatoos and goats there. I wish to go the place where lonely Crusoes are making boats. I wish to go to the eastern cities where the sun shines and they are abound with mosques and thier minarets.
Stanza. 2: Line 10-20
I wish to visit the place where sandy gardens are in abundance. The place which markets are loaded with precious goods. These goods are hanging there for sale. That place has The Great China Wall and the vast desert. The cities of that place is full of hustle and bustl. The forests of that place are hot like fire. The area of these forest is as vast as England. They are as tall as the top of mountains. They are full of primates and coconuts. They negro hunters are doing hunt there.
Stanza. 3: Line 21-31
I wish to travel a land where twisted crocodile swims in river Nile and blinks his eyes. I want to see red flamingo when he hunts fish and flies. I wish to visit that land near and far jungles where man eating tiger. I wish to hear the noise of approaching hunt drawing near to the hunter. I wish to see the traveller sitting in the palanquin to cross the sandy desert.
Stanza. 4: Lines 32-42
Barren and desolate city is located here. All the children, common people and prince have reached the adulthood since long. Streets and houses of that city are empty. No one live there. No sign of life is there in the city. There is complete break down of light in the city. I wish to visit that city with the caravan of camels when I shall come to my age. I wish to light a fire in the sad and gloomy dining room of that city.
Stanza. 5: Line 43-46
Pictures of heroes, fights and festivals can be seen on the walls of rooms. Toys can also be found in the corner of the room. These toys belonged to Egyptian children.
